Recently Bryan Dunn, Business Development Director at McComb and Company attended The Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM), which is an invitation-only event for small business leaders.

Attendees were able to hear from political leaders on both sides of the aisle in regard to what is being done in the State to cultivate a positive environment for small business. SBAM primarily focuses on four key areas to help strengthen Michigan’s small business environment:

  • Advocating for small business

  • Bringing business owners together to share knowledge

  • Creating collaboration and partnerships

  • Delivering group buying power

There is no doubt from our perspective that SBAM’s philosophy is the right one: “When small businesses band together through the Small Business Association of Michigan, they achieve more than they could on their own.”
